Solar dish control

In this system the solar dish position is controlled by hydraulics. To do this, the Opto 22 controller uses math's not sensors.  The controller utilizes the inbuilt Julian calendar to know the exact location and time of sun rise. With the controllers 32 bit floating point math's capability, it calculates the arc the sun will travel across the sky. With this information the hydraulic rams adjusted the dish to a new angle every 30 seconds.
